If you purchase products or services through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason.

4. Allergies and Product Disclaimers

Our smoothies and wellness products may contain or come into contact with allergens including, but not limited to: nuts, honey, dairy, soy, or granola. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, we do not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. Consume at your own risk.

We make no medical claims and recommend consulting your doctor before starting any new health regimen or supplement.

5. User Content and Conduct

You may be able to post or submit content to the Site, including reviews, comments, or media ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and modify your content for promotional or operational purposes.

You agree not to post anything unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

Any promotions, challenges, giveaways, or loyalty programs offered by Social Smoothies are subject to additional terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Smoothies is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or our products.

This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Smoothies and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

 We get it. Sometimes the vibes don’t vibe. If you're not completely satisfied with your Social Smoothies merchandise, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange it or get a full refund.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and looking as fresh as you hoped you'd look in it.
     
  • Must be returned with original tags and packaging (no mystery stains, glitter, or smoothie smudges, please).
     
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, or order number) is required.
     

📬 You can return or exchange merchandise by mail or in person at our shop. Just don’t ghost us—contact us first at info@socialsmoothies.com so we can help you out.

🥤 SMOOTHIES, FOODS & DRINKS

Yeah... no take-backs.
Due to health and safety reasons (and the fact that we literally can’t unblend a smoothie), all smoothie, food, and drink sales are final.

That said, if we mess up—like gave you mango when you ordered mocha—we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because we’re cool like that.

Just let us know within 24 hours of your purchase.

💳 HOW REFUNDS WORK

  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
     
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
     
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the original is received.
     

⚖️ LEGAL STUFF

This policy complies with all applicable Texas consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the conditions above or look suspiciously like you wore it to a food fight.
